SINCE YOU ARE WAITING
What is it like to live in an enduring tension?

What is it like when we refuse to live by faith?

THE MOST CAPTIVATING MOTIVE
How can Jesus stabilize us and motivate us while we wait?

YOU CAN PRAY WITH US …

1. Worship the LORD, the God of all time and eternity. Praise Him, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, that He is both patient and constantly present, able to work over time and guarantee our redemption eternally.
2. How have you lived in a way that elevates your opinions and our responses above what Jesus has called us to believe and do? Confess your pride and unbelief to Jesus, asking Him to forgive you and transform your heart to love Him.
3. Give thanks to Jesus for His commitment to you as our Covenant Bridegroom. Thank Him for being faithful in His love for us even when we were faithless, and for pursuing us through death and hell to win our hearts.
4. Who do you know that desires to live by sight vs. by faith, more committed to what is here and now vs. to Him and eternity? Pray for them, asking the Lord to make known to them both their peril and His saving love.
5. Ask the Holy Spirit to bear in you His fruit of love, patience, and faithfulness. Pray for His transforming work to wean you more and more off the things of this world and win you to love Him and His grace instead.
