Memory Verse for the Week: Galatians 2:16 (ESV)
Yet we know that a person is not justified by works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, so we also have believed in Christ Jesus, in order to be justified by faith in Christ and not by works of the law, because by works of the law no one will be justified.

INTRO: What is the most amazing confrontation you’ve ever witnessed?
A BROKEN WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE
How can loving people more than God be destructive and divisive?
HOW ARE ANY OF US ACCEPTABLE?
How has the Lord graciously offered us mercy and redemption when we have been the ones in error and alienated?
HUMBLE, SECURE & WISE
So how does that guide and motivate us to love others through our disagreements rather than condemning or rejecting them?
YOU CAN PRAY WITH US …
1. Worship the LORD with Whom there is no partiality, and that He judges justly and embodies pure integrity. Praise Him, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, that in Him there is no variation or shadow due to change (James 1).
2. How have you placed more value in the approval offered to you from people than you value the approval Jesus offers you in the Gospel? Confess your pride and unbelief to Jesus, asking Him to forgive you and heal you.
3. Give thanks to Jesus for His work to secure our admittance into the Father’s Kingdom and family! Thank Him for atoning for your guilt and healing your heart to be truly aligned with Him by grace.
4. Who do you know who idolizes the approval of people? Pray for them, asking the Lord to free them from their bondage and folly, so that they could be redeemed and restored to the Lord that they’ve forsaken.
5. Ask the Spirit to bear in you His fruit of love, kindness and goodness. Pray for His work to so secure you in Christ that you are free from fear and yet humble in your engagement with other believers.
The Facilitator is a study tool designed to help you engage with the weekly sermon through the five elements we incorporate in our Community Groups; Get Acquainted & Sharing, Sermon Study, Mission, Worship and Prayer. This tool will be made available Monday morning to give us the opportunity to look back at what we heard on Sunday.
