Our mission at Trinity is to be a community of people in Lakeland, Florida, who faithfully display and declare the glory of God in Jesus Christ.

To us, our mission means we must become a people who love and trust God far more than we love or trust anyone or anything else and, therefore, a people who:

• Expectantly depend upon God’s grace in Jesus – believing only He is able to save sinners like us and conquer the powers of evil in us and the world,
• Joyfully grow in our love for Him through His ordinary means – knowing God and His will by the means He has given us, embracing all of His promises and commands to us in His Word, worshiping Him and seeking to glorify Him in all our ways,
• Lovingly pursue the well-being of His people – building others up by learning together as Jesus’ disciples, and seeking to obey Him fully as we share our lives,
• Passionately witness about God in Jesus – communicating in the power of His Spirit the good news of who Jesus is and what He has done,
• Boldly sacrifice ourselves for others – working sacrificially to bring mercy and justice to our neighbors in Lakeland, America, and the world.
