TPC Children's Ministry

Vision

The Children’s Ministry of TPC desires to serve Jesus
as He makes a visible difference in our

Families, Churches & City

We will serve Him by becoming like Him.
As we become like Jesus, we will be characterized by

Loving, Supporting & Training

We believe that this extensive city-wide transformation will be accomplished
as we specifically serve TPC’s

Children, Families & Volunteers

What is our Goal? We want Jesus to be known and loved by the Families of Trinity and Lakeland. We want Jesus to build His Kingdom of Grace, Peace and Mercy among us. We want the invisible and eternal grace of God to make a tangible, visible, present day difference in our lives, families and city. We want Jesus to bring nothing less than full Redemption to Lakeland and for the city of Lakeland to respond with passionate worship and sacrificial service.

Who are we serving to accomplish this goal? The Children’s Ministry Team of TPC believes that Jesus will do extraordinary and dramatic work if His ordinary people will faithfully serve in the specific areas He has called them to. With this grand goal and hope in mind (full spiritual and physical prosperity of our city) we desire to faithfully serve three different groups at our local church, Trinity…the children, the families (parents and guardians) and the volunteers.

How are we serving to accomplish this goal? We desire for our service to be channeled into three actions: loving, supporting and training. We want our children, families and volunteers to know the love of Christ. We want our families, children and volunteers to be supported in the work God has called them to. Finally, we want our volunteers, children and families to be trained as they serve God and others.

In the majesty of devouring fire on the mountain…

Exodus 24:15-17
15 Then Moses went up on the mountain, and the cloud covered the mountain. 16 The glory of the Lord dwelt on Mount Sinai, and the cloud covered it six days. And on the seventh day he called to Moses out of the midst of the cloud. 17 Now the appearance of the glory of the Lord was like a devouring fire on the top of the mountain in the sight of the people of Israel.
